My husband Roddy and I were in Gautier Mississippi (store 1185)... had an awesome breakfast served by Gwen... After we left we got a phone call on my husband Roddy’s phone saying we left his phone at the restaurant... Gwen went above and beyond found my contact number called me and we then about face and retrieved his phone. We were already to Hattiesburg when Gwen called... This is for a Waffle House I’m plain city Ohio on Sunday Oct 22! What a great team you have there! The placed was packed at least 5 waiting in line! But my service was excellent as I had to meet someone at a certain time. I was served with courtesy friendly young lady. It was crazy but the staff 9 members and managers were on it. The food was great just as I had ordered it! And the tables were cleaned off and a new guests were served. Well done. Congrats staff you as the Corp. should recognize that staff too!
I love waffle house, I come often. Sabrina is my favorite server. The waffles smell so good.
I live in Picayune, y’all have two stores here they could use facelift The food is good usually the waitresses are great, but people are people lol would love to see prices a little better. I think the new menu with the up charge on the eggs has actually hurt your employees tips. I eat daily at the Waffle House most people here are on Social Security. I understand the price of eggs got crazy for a while, but they have came back down, but the waitresses are the ones suffering because their tips are less than they used to be with the egg up charge. I sit here and listen to them talk amongst their selves. I try to tip really good but since the price increase, I see people leaving less money on the table for your employees I think you could do better thanks for listening
I want to say I had the best Breakfast at the Waffle House across the road for Tuscaloosa County High School this morning! The Store is clean and the staff are really nice/friendly! I want to especially give a shout out to a terrific Waiter by the name of Calvin. He is always friendly and serves up food with a smile. I don’t think Waiters and Waitresses of his high caliber get enough recognition! WH at this location is blessed to have such a dedicated, polite and attentive Waiter such as this young man. I wish I owned a Restaurant because I would hire him away from WH in a second! Thanks for all you do to make someone’s day brighter Calvin!
The Sachse location lost partial power today but I was allowed to get coffee. I watched the District Manager Jennifer and staff clean that place from top to bottom. I have seen Jennifer there before and she is definitely a hard working manager always cleaning and moving. I wish I had a manager like that when I owned my restaurant.
Me and my husband really enjoyed our food which was prepared on 01/16/2025 @pike Road Waffle House at around 3:00am.The cook prepared our food swiftly and correctly.The Waiter/Cashier was nice to.They definitely deserve 5 stairs.
Mr. Murphy at waffle house #46 Is one of the best cooks I've seen in a long time! Me and my wife come in just to have him cook our food . Thank you Mr. Murphy for all you do. Carl & Eva
